March 2026 Release — Bookings, CRM & Customer Portal Update

This release introduces multi-customer bookings, a new Booking Stage system, a redesigned Manage Booking page with expanded customer management, a modernised Organisation Settings layout, and new Customer Portal capabilities including schedule viewing and brief entry creation.

New
  • Multiple Customers per Booking

Bookings now support multiple customers being attached to a single booking. Each individual customer can have their own Customer Portal access and can all manage the booking in the same way.

  • Booking Stage System

Added the 'Booking Stage' system featuring conditional controls that can either be automatically adjudicated by Encore using booking data in the background, or manually confirmed as completed.

  • Edit or Cancel Schedule Items

Added the ability to Edit or Cancel schedule items on the Manage Booking page.

  • Show/Hide Cancelled Schedule Items

Added the ability to show or hide cancelled schedule items in the Schedule tab on the Manage Booking page.

  • View Run-Sheet Button

Added the 'View Run-Sheet' button to view a printable version of the event schedule.

  • Enable/Disable Booking Schedule Access on Customer Portal

Added the ability to enable or disable access to the Booking Schedule on the Customer Portal tab within the Manage Booking page.

  • New 'Customers' Tab on Manage Booking Page

Added the 'Customers' tab which replaces the 'Customer Portal' tab. It focuses on all things CRM within the booking and has three sub-tabs: Customer Portal (manage which customers can access the Customer Portal), Contacts (manage the contacts attached to the booking, add/remove booking customers, and change the primary customer), and Activity (future customer portal activity tracking once telemetry collection is implemented). This brings all customer-related functions into a single one-stop-shop for all things Booking Customers.

  • Booking Lifecycle Settings Page

Added the 'Booking Lifecycle' settings page in Organisation Settings, allowing users to configure which steps are required for each booking pipeline status. Includes per-transition configuration UI with required/recommended/not enforced radio matrix, auto vs manual rule type distinction surfaced in the UI, and types introduced to safely parse registry data to the client without leaking server-only service imports.

  • Customer Portal: View Booking Schedule

Added the ability to view a Schedule for a booking in the Customer Portal, subject to the Customer Portal permissions policy set on the booking. The Schedule tab in the Customer Portal only shows items with a 'shared' audience.

  • Customer Portal: Create Booking Brief Entries

Added the ability to create new Booking Brief entries from the Customer Portal.

Improved
  • Redesigned Manage Booking Page Components

Redesigned a number of components on the Manage Booking page, including the Customer Portal tab and Event Schedule tab.

  • Customer Portal Tab Warning for Unprovisioned Customers

The Customer Portal tab has been updated to warn when newly assigned customers are not provisioned for Customer Portal access.

  • Brief Tab Warning for Customer-Created Entries

Following the introduction of customer-created brief entries, the Brief tab now warns if a brief entry was created by a customer. Customer-created entries are always visible to supplier staff members.

  • Organisation Settings Redesign

The Organisation Settings page now features a sleek new modern design, including a new sidebar layout with Bootstrap accordion navigation, a settings shell using a new layout with independent scroll on the main panel, and restyled sections including the save button, error/success feedback, and collapsible toggle. Settings pages now use a bespoke layout model, and settings now has a quick-links page which replaces the old modules grid.

Fixed
  • Fix CRM Contact Creation with Address (No Address Line 2)

Fixed a bug preventing the creation of a new CRM Contact with an address provided that doesn't utilise Address Line 2.
