Deprecated the old billing system in favour of the new license-powered system. The code for the old billing system will be removed in a future release.

Deprecated old properties from the Organisation object in relation to billing.

Added support for custom packages into the new Licensing system, enabling a reduction in the number of available plans and the introduction of an Enterprise tier.

Introduced support for a £1.00 first month incentive, whereby the first month of any Encore plan costs £1.00 irrespective of the plan or billing interval chosen. Users are charged £1.00 for the first month with plenty of notice to cancel, after which the full plan amount and billing cycle applies one month later. The UI/UX has been updated to reflect these changes and show more about the incentive.

Added a Price x Feature comparison table to help users understand the differences between plans.

Guests can now request songs live during an event with no app download and no login required — just a QR code. Guests scan a QR code and submit track requests straight from their phone. (ENCORE-124)

Guests can upvote requests from others that are already in the queue, so the most-wanted tracks rise to the top of the DJ's list. (ENCORE-126)

A real-time queue lets organisers approve, reject, or manage requests as they come in during the event. (ENCORE-127)

Build and manage your own music library in Tools, used to power autocomplete in Live Requesting and Search for your guests. Free-text requests can also be enabled if that works better for your flow. (ENCORE-129)

Block a specific device from submitting further requests if needed, without affecting everyone else. (ENCORE-130)

Run more than one live request session against a single booking, useful for multi-set or multi-room events, as well as having specific private sessions for VIPs. (ENCORE-131)

Completely overhauled the billing system from the ground up, improving usability and operational visibility.

Slimmed down the commercial offering of Encore to three plans: Solo, Growth, and Amplify. Organisations needing more can use the new Enterprise plan which is priced on application.

Migrated to a new database architecture for storing organisation licenses.

Updated a number of access control functions across the platform gating against plans and capabilities. A few hundred call sites were also updated to reflect these new changes.

The onboarding experience for creating a new organisation has been completely overhauled from the ground up, with improvements focused on: adding support for selecting a default Feature Stream, adding support for requesting an Enterprise package quote from the Ammedia team, stable checkout billing, and introducing the £1.00 30-day trial offer.

The Join Organisation page has been restyled to match the design language of the organisation creation wizard.
